Easy Returns
All claims for shortages and/or damaged goods to be made within 7 days after receipt of goods. No such claims will be considered after 7 days has elapsed.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email with the products purchased and an estimated time of arrival. If you would like to track your order, you are always able to ask us for the tracking code with the designated shipping company.

Terms and Conditions

All orders are accepted and invoiced subject to the following terms:
1)Payment must be received before order is delivered.
2) Goods are supplied in accordance with the manufactures policy standards. The seller incurs no liability in respect of the purpose for which the goods are intended or used or the suitability of the goods for any purpose or for any special damages including loss of profits and claims by the buyers customer
3) The seller will not be liable for negligence on its own part or that of its employees, or any third parties whatsoever, in the packing, manufacture, labeling, dispatch, delivery or composition of the goods or otherwise. If the goods supplied to the seller by its principles or its suppliers in sealed containers are resolved to the buyer in the same sealed containers, the goods are not checked by the seller who contracts out of liability for any defects, deficiencies, or other faults whatsoever in relation to the goods.

Warranty
​
1)The company does not make any representations nor, unless expressly given in writing, give any warranty or guarantee of any nature whatsoever (whether expenses tacit, implied or otherwise) in respect of any of the products or the suitability or merchantability of any of the products for any purpose whatsoever, whether that the purpose is notified to the company or not. The products are accordingly sold "voet stoots" to the customer.

2) Any recommendation, formula advice, figure, specification, illustration, diagram, price list, dimension, weight or other information furnished by the company is approximate and for information only and, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the company, does not form the basis or any part of the sale of any products.

Governing and law jurisdiction
​
The agreement shall in all respects (including as to their existence, validity, interpretation, implantation, termination and enforcement) Be governed by the laws of the republic of South Africa.

Costs and proceedings
​
If legal proceedings are instituted against the customer pursuant to this agreement, the customer shall pay all costs incured by the company including, without any limitation, the costs of the letter of demand, all collection charges, tracing charges, stamp duties, and party and attourney and own client costs and charges.
